The woman working was friendly and efficient. I had filled out a mailing form incorrectly and she kindly explained the issue and sent me over to the side to fix it and return to line in place of where I would have been. She was processing people quickly and kindly, my total wait was maybe 10-15 minutes and there was a long line.”
