“Special shout out to Joe C and his team at the Wilmore PO for finding a package that I sent to the wrong address (yes, it was my fault), and then forwarding it to the address I should have used in Lexington. Awesome work! Thanks so much, sir!”

“I felt like a positive experience at the post office needs to be noticed. I have had some awful experiences at post offices and always dread going. My experience here was great. The woman working was friendly and efficient. I had filled out a mailing form incorrectly and she kindly explained the issue and sent me over to the side to fix it and return to line in place of where I would have been. She was processing people quickly and kindly, my total wait was maybe 10-15 minutes and there was a long line.”
