We came in with a 9 week old female with what we thought was a bacterial infection yet it was Parvo. The rating does not derive that my dog died but what the staff promised yet happily over billed and gave us the wrong product! The staff including Christy made us feel our family members were gonna be okay by carefully explaining instructions and what to do. I take after my pets like my own children. When an individual sells us on what is the best plan but she is always available 24/7….Should have known that was anything but he truth!We returned the following day to purchase more IV supplies as well as vomiting and pain relief. I should have checked the supplies before heading back 45 minutes to my pup that was needing more supplies immediately. They gave me the wrong medicine of which was an hour and a half travel time by the time I finally reached home.Unfortunately the $800 surplus of over priced items they charged as well as being there if we needed them was B.S.!If you value your pet like a family member, this group will be more than happy to charge you a accordingly yet sell you short!

My husband and I got two kittens a few weeks ago from the humane society and took them to get checked for worms shortly after. They treated them but hounded my husband about shots (yes we planned on getting them shots when we had the money) she pressured him into making an appointment so we made an appointment a few weeks later to be rewormed and to get shots. She called me to verify the appointment and I told her my husband was laid off right before Christmas and unfortunately we could not afford the 250 for shots that we were quoted. I told her I still wanted them wormed. This lady went on a rant and belittled us for not being able to afford their shots. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, we will not be back. I called dyer and for the same shots it would be right over 50 for both.

I wanted to reach out and express my gratitude for the exceptional care that my dog received at your office. Since moving here last week, I brought him in and the staff provided top-notch care. I also learned that my mom takes her dogs to your office as well, which speaks volumes about the quality of service you provide.I would like to commend your amazing staff and doctor for their professionalism and dedication to providing the best possible care. Based on my experience, I highly recommend your office to others in need of veterinary services.

INCREDIBLY OVER PRICED! $400 For an x-ray and antibiotics for our dog. ON TOP OF THAT, they were 1.5hrs late for the appointment. Stick to Dyer!

Had a funky smell, and a little expensive! 1 bottle of ear wash, an 1 bottle of ear cleanser/drying agent $48 \u0026 some change! Staff was polite and friendly.

New puppy check and shots. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. With the covid-19 social distancing and constraints in effect at this time, I felt more than comfortable letting them take my puppy without being able to go inside with it. As a new customer I feel that is very comforting. Highly recommend.
