Dan Brit builds a quality house. We hired an independent inspector before closing and they found nothing wrong. You won't find a better customer advocate than Kellie Bailey-Vu.

We love our Brookstone home. My husband worked in construction for 15 years and the quality of homes that Brookstone Homes build are superb. We got weekly updates from Dan (job foreman/supervisor) of where the house stood completion wise and what the goals were for the following week. Kellie helped made the selections from flooring to cabinets a breeze. We would highly recommend Brookstone Homes to anyone who is interested in building a beautifully built home.

We are extremely happy with our new home! We could not have asked for a better location, neighbors or builder. Kellie and Dan make everything so easy and as stress free as possible. They guid you through everything and any questions or concerns you may have are addresses ASAP. From the time your home is started tell closing you receive weekly updates from Dan of what has happened and what the goals for the following week are. Even after you close they are there to help. I have loved seeing our amazing neighborhood Blossom! The few get togethers our neighborhood have thrown have been fantastic, there is such an amazing mix of families and I love that everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We love getting to meet our current and soon to be neighbors. We can't wait see this amazing community continue to grow!!

We couldn't love our home or this neighborhood more or speak more highly of Kellie Bailey-Vu or the rest of the team with Brookstone Homes! Kellie was extremely helpful from the beginning and made the process of picking and figuring everything out fun and not stressful. Once construction started, we got weekly phone calls on updates (thank you, Dan!) of what had been done the week before and the goals for the upcoming week. Since moving in, we have fallen in love with our home, neighborhood, and neighbors. Kellie continues to work to make Valley Creek Farms not just a neighborhood, but a community. We feel like we get a taste of “the good old days†in this neighborhood because of how friendly and neighborly everyone is. So thankful that we get to call this place home!
