Picked up some BK for for My lunch break through the drive-thru ordered a double whopper large combo. Got to the drive-thruattended to pick up My order. Noticed that my drink was not a large so I informed her and she got me a large unfortunately when I got back to work and opened up my burger it was a single when ordered and paid for a double that was unfortunate. My single was still good. Fries were actually a large service was fast My only gripe was I did not get the double that I paid for

Waited 30 minutes to place drive thru order. Realized that orders werent being taken unless you announced that you were waiting and a very annoyed person answered and grudgingly took my order. When i finally made it to the pick up window i recieved no aknowledgment, no hello, no eye contact, no thank you. I know lunchtime is stressfull for dast food workers but i would think that this behaviour would be unacceptable to any management company that wants to earn and keep customers. Never going there again.

Foods usually always great but hate pulling up to hear “ what do ya want “… where’s the greeting? Customer service? Really could take some notes from Chick-fil-A drive through customer service.

There used to be an African girl who worked there. Was usually a very positive experience. Her crew was great. Had been a while since I’d been. Went to drive thru the other day. They had some hot shot guy w/ a guy running the drive thru. He was terrible. He had EVERY car pulling around to the wait area so they could walk the food outside to your car lol. I went to the gas station across the street and watched—even if it was one car in the drive thru he still had them pull around after they paid and had a worker walk their food out to them. And my burger was still like warm. His disposition was just terrible. If I ever decide to return ill look to see if the African girl is there first. If I see that guy who was a clown, nope. Workers like him are the reason I’m hearing rumors of BK shutting down completely. Terrible.

I stopped in last week and went straight to the men's restroom, and unfortunately, the smell was so horrible that I actually had trouble breathing. It looked as if no one had adequately cleaned this space in weeks. This negative experience kept me from ordering food. Since I didn't eat, I can't comment on the food, but if the horrible bathroom condition has any correlation with the quality of food preparation, I would not be comfortable eating here. Sorry to say this, because I love Burger King food when everything is clean and fresh.

Sat in the drive thru for longer than 45 minutes with like 5 cars in the drive thru, they say they are short staffed not the people in the stores fault they need to get more people to work. Being a manager from day to day in these situations is what causes people to not want to work. Took forever to get our food not happy at all.

I’m not a germaphobe but there was a worker today who was sick and she coughed over EVERYTHING! While filling up my drink she coughed directly on the lid, then when that was done she coughed in to her hands and then proceeded to pick up my fries, with an ungloved hand! Kinda ruined it for me! I will mention that normally I have no issues, so normally I would give this Burger King 4-5 stars, but it’s hard not to leave a bad comment after todays experience. Send the sick worker home, or if they don’t have the sick time to go home, at least put them somewhere they won’t be directly handling food.

Look, it's fast food, but we ate inside. A serpentine belt broke in our truck and we were able to pull next door to fix it. We ordered our food and it was fixed fast, it was hot, and the whole restaurant was clean and very presentable. It took a bit on fixing our truck, and the staff welcomed us to sit inside from the cold until it was finished. Again, thank you so much for that.
