“We’ve used plenty of repair shops in the area. After buying our car used for a pretty penny from an auto dealership, we were pouring thousands into it per their warranty. Diagnostic alone was $150. This time we assumed we needed a new starter and decided to lose our warranty and took our vehicle to steeles. Not only did they get us in quickly on a Saturday, but found the problem even quicker. Didn’t try to upsell us or find a million other things wrong. They fixed what they could, did the research for us for the part they know we needed. And had us back on the road before noon, for a fraction of the cost. If that’s not service, idk what is. So thankful my neighbor recommended them. Will continue to do the same.”

(No surprise with the customer service I experienced they deserve to be busy) I digress in my down point of having my car broken into he referred me to another place that was able to squeeze me in with his rec! My next broken into window (knock on wood that doesn’t happen) will be going to him and this company hands down strictly because of his customer service!”

“I was sent in Glass Pros direction by Western Auto body. Before this I had never used them. I can confidently say you have nothing to worry about with these guys. The windsheild they replaced was on a 2009 BMW. They came to me and installed it, the molding ended up being the wrong one at this point is was already done. I showed the owner the issue and he quickly ordered a complete replacement windsheild and molding and assured me he will be the one to install it and make sure it is right. Everyone makes mistakes not upset one bit. The fact I had a problem and quickly got it resolved says alot. These days it's hard to find good people like that. 10out of 10 would recommend!”
