“I needed flowers delivered for a birthday, however I was not going to be able to be there to receive them. I called to inquire about how their delivery worked, and they were very polite, professional and helpful over the phone.
When the flowers were delivered they even sent me a photo to confirm the drop off, which was great. The arrangement looked amazing and the note was even handwritten.
