“I could not have been more impressed by the service provided by this funeral home. We worked with Leslie and she went above and beyond. Answered every one of our calls with an hour or two, never made us feel like we were a burden with all of our questions, picked up the urn from the cemetery for us, order jewelry for me, and everything. They were not pushy at all about payment, and anyone who wanted to be involved could be.The funeral home is also beautiful. There was a space downstairs were could go get snacks and grieve privately when we needed to during the service. They made plenty of room for the collages and even completely customized the prayer card to include something different when nothing pre-made really suited my dad. When we needed more chairs for the service, they went and got more immediately before anything began to make sure everyone in attendance was comfortable.Going through this loss has been the hardest thing in my life, but Vitt, Stermer, and Anderson helped seamlessly put together a layout and service that is exactly what my family wanted. When going through this process, some people will try to take advantage of you, or treat you will coldness or distance.
