Today I came here for a specific item that the website said was in stock when I asked an employee if they could help me find it they told me they hadn’t seen it and could not help me. I wasted my time and gas please update. Please update the website to be accurate.

Always out of stock of varieties and never accepts the coupons. The employees practically frisk you to make sure you have the right item even when it's on the LITERAL PICTURE. Sometimes they still refuse to take them when it's the size, variety, and item on the damn picture of the coupon. The latest reason was because there's a digital coupon for that item this week. I don't have the digital coupon clipped so there was no reason to refuse it. I sent the item back and went to walmart because this is getting ridiculous.

I have been coming to this Kroger for pick up for about a year now since we had a bad experience elsewhere. This Kroger’s has been phenomenal. They do sometimes run behind but they always reach out and let me know before I head to go pick everything up. The employees are always nice and we have never had a bad experience here.

This place is HORRIBLE!! DIRTY, STINKY.. things have gotten worse here in the last year. From mice running through the store, Homeless people walking through store with suitcases, annoying spectrum sales people to spoiled food! I come here first thing in AM to avoid the crowd only to have issues with them holding me up For over 10 minutes over a coupon!??! The manager would not give me the amount listed in the app and told me that some stores have different prices??? DONE!! Waste of my entire morning shopping. If the app says Salmon is 13.99… the price should be honored Michael!!

Too many solicitors. Had a gentleman from Spectrum bother me several times even after I told him I wasn't interested. Also had a Kroger employee get visibly upset when I said 'no thank you' to the Kroger Gas Mastercard she was soliciting. They don't bother you like this at Meijer.

They don't have cashiers past like 6pm. It's all self checkout and extremely annoying. Go to their new competitor in Walton instead

I bought two items,they had to review my scans to make sure I wasn’t stealing. Then the cart wheels locked up as usual. I will drive a few more minutes from now on and try to avoid this Kroger.

Kroger produce is always middle price sometimes $1-1.50 definitely just raises price like others stores to make money then help the customer but for that they should have more constants produce and quality of everything...anything from just overall bad bread cant even use from poorly kept water and frozen items...i know its a Cincinnati company but you can do better...

Never do click list! I get an app notification it’s ready 30 minutes early then a text 20 minutes later it won’t be ready on time. Then a text it’s ready and I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes and counting while they bring out orders for people that showed up after me.

Kroger does not value it’s employees. During an unprecedented weather/snow emergency. Burlington Kroger as well as every other Kroger in the tri-state is expecting employees to stay and risk their lives on the roads to keep the store open. Even going as far as making some employees feel like they need to pack bags and food to stay at the store and leave their family’s at home. All in the name of keeping the store open. Disgusting behavior from Kroger.

An unpleasant experience. A lady named Ruby, who claims to be the manager of the store, had a racist and dirty attitude towards me. This happened by asking her to match store prices with the Kroger app. In a mocking and threatening attitude, he said that he had kept my face. I'll think twice before spending my money again in that store where I was treated like a thief.
