They broke my back window 3 weeks ago and they said they will call me and the have not.The guy with the skid loader was great, he wanted to help but the manager of the store Amanda was really rude.

Couldn’t give me contractor pricing bc the employee didn’t know how to do that bc I wasn’t in the system! Charges 55 dollars for a scoop of mulch when you can go get the same scoop from affordable for 30

So, I had used Ohio Mulch 3 years ago and promised myself and my wife I would never do business with them again. So....... I thought hey, it's been 3 years, they are in business still, they must have straightened out their issues. Well, not much. I ordered bagged mulch 2 weeks before I wanted it. Scheduled for a Monday. Waited till the afternoon that Monday and called them and asked about my delivery. I was informed that their driver was out sick so they needed to reschedule. (I called them remember). We agreed on Thursday. So, Thursday at noon I call and ask when my delivery is coming. They say driver was out sick Monday and Tuesday and they are backed up but my order was staged and they were waiting on the driver to return. I call back at 4:30 and and informed oh, we didn't get it out. It will be in the morning delivery.... Friday noon, I start calling, waiting for the driver to return it will go out. Friday 4:00 or so, I call an and ask where it is....... Uhhhh.... I ask for manager and and told to call an offsite person. She listens to me... Unsympathetically, says she will call me back in 10. She does call me back in 30 minutes and tells me it will be on morning truck. So, at noon I call and ask where it is. They say the guy is in my drive..... I look and he was.... He was friendly and put the 2 pallets (200 bags) of mulch where I asked. Moral of this story? Just don't as k these guys to deliver anything....... Worst customer service I have seen. No attempt whatsoever to call, email, or text me to set expectations, apologize or communicate in any way. How they stay in business is a wonder.

Ordered online and bagged mulch was delivered in less than a week on a pallet. Alan, the driver, called in advance to confirm delivery and timing. We live on a narrow dead-end street and he was conscientious of parking the delivery truck so that traffic was not disruptive. Appreciate the prompt and professional service.

The review started off as a one star; I showed up at 10 on Sunday July 3rd to get 1/2 scoop of top soil. No one was there. Waited for about 30 minutes and still no one. My project would need to wait. I went back on July 16th and no bulk top soil; the guy gave me a great deal on bagged top soil. The gentleman that was there explained the problem of getting material. If it wasn't for the July 3rd of no one showing up; this would be a five star review.

I ordered top soil, potting soil, and some mulch 4/22. The delivery date was 4/24. It did not arrive. I emailed to check on it, received Mike Zerwick's number and called to learn the new delivery day. When my order arrived, the potting soil and mulch were fine, but the top soil (which comprised the vast majority of the order) looked like fill dirt. There were lots of plastic pieces in all the bags, glass shards, and I even found a rock the size of my fist. No way it was filtered as advertised. I reached out to Mike Zerwick and Ron Frost. No response at all. Time to take my business elsewhere.
