“Florence/Burlington valvoline employees specifically Manager Kaitlin and Elijah went above and beyond for me when I came in today!My last visit 3 days ago in Lexington while out of town. Yesterday I noticed a leak so I pulled into my valvoline in Burlington they proceeded to tell me none of my fluids were checked or toped off and my tire pressure was too high on all 4 tires and transmission was low. Elijah checked the leak while Kaitlin topped off all my fluids and fixed my tires.( Lexington’s valvoline obviously didn’t check anything )They were so nice & respectful. I will never go to another valvoline Thank you so much they should both get a raise because I don’t even know what could’ve happened to my car if they didn’t do their jobs so well”

“Very happy with the service I received today. Everything was very efficient as they went through their routine check offs. They explained my additional options and didn’t push anything when I declined. I was even offered coffee or water while I waited. Cost was just as expected. “I took my caddy to take 5 and my Lexus as I do on a regular basis. It only takes a few minutes and your oil is changed. Take 5 is very convenient and efficient, unlike the other places where you make appointments and they come out and tell you this and that needs to be replaced. Take 5 is legit, no gimmicks, no tricks. You should stop by and see for yourself.!!!!!”

“They went above and beyond. I was given the wrong key for my tires and was worried about the potential damage it could cause if they had to weld them off. They went around to other businesses in the area to borrow keys hoping one would fit. They were able to get 3 of the 4 off with the borrowed key and somehow got the 4th off without any damage to my tire. They kept me in the loop with everything they did before they did it so their were no surprises. I appreciate everything they did for me and how nice everyone was. AND... they had me out of there in no time at all.”

“My experience was unique. I viewed the car online, spoke with a salesman, and overnighted a certified check to them. I flew to Cincinnati and got an Uber to the store. Spending over 10k sight unseen, I thought it was not professional for them not to pick me up at the airport. Felt more like they didn’t care or I wasn’t important as a customer. 75$ Uber was better than walking, I guess. The vehicle was as they said and described. Although, it had not been washed or cleaned inside when I arrived. They did wash and clean it for me after I took receipt, but it was a long delay before I could start my 10 hour drive home. Overall, I would purchase from again. Paula was very efficient and helpful with my purchase.”

“Had an issue with my wheel making noise. Mike from the service department and his team diagnosed it quickly and made a plan for repair. I have a premium warranty, which covered the issue. However on the day of, the warranty people wouldn't pay for the alignment, which of course is required to fix the car completely. The warranty rep at Walt Sweeney called and advocated for me and got that included. A bad wheel bearing, two bad ball joints, and an alignment only cost me $100. AND they drove me back and forth from home while the repair was being completed. (Art, the driver, is awesome). I'm very satisfied!”
