“I went for an oil change and after a very short wait was in and out for the quickest oil change I've ever gotten. Every single one of the guys in there were the nicest and patient workers I've ever encountered - even as a customer who had probably been waiting for a bay for only 5 minutes was yelling at them to bump them further up in line ahead of others. Unasked and unprompted, one of the techs even took the time to teach me a few things about my car that I didn't understand as he was working on it. 11/10 would definitely recommend”

“Take your vehicle here. Had a stripped bolt caused by the big name place (that starts with a V and rhymes with Gasoline) who then sent me to my mechanic to get it fixed before they could do my next oil change. Called these guys after seeing reviews of 4.9/5 stars on Carfax and 4.8/5 stars on Google. Reviews that great get my attention -- and I wasn't wrong in choosing them. They not only took care of my issue without me having to go to my mechanic, but did it right away. They also have great pricing and a very friendly staff all around. They don't try to up-sell you on other unnecessary services like that aforementioned place -- and you could just tell they were honest. It's a gut feeling you get when you meet honest people, if you know what I mean. While there, I met another customer who travels all the way from Williamsburg, Ohio to get his oil changes/vehicle services there -- all because of the honest, affordable service. Help support your local small business. It's a lesson I learned today and won't forget. Thank you gentlemen. You have earned a lifelong customer today. :)”

“I've used Northwest service center for years and they have always done me right. If I'hought there was something wrong and they couldn't find it they didn't charge me for diagnostics. “Unfortunately, after the oil change, my battery died and was unable to be jumped. The guys got a new batter and installed it. BUT then my car electronics went haywire. With the help of google and some brain power, the guys tried several methods to reset it. Hallelujah it worked! A simple oil changed turned into a bit of an oddesey, but your guys came through. I did not think to get their names but a big thank you to them!”

“I've never really been to an oil change place. I usually do it myself so I don't know what to expect. But we went there for an oil change. They checked our tire pressure, air filters and some other things and gave us some indicators of some possible problems that may be occurring with our vehicle. They did not try to promote business because the things they told us that maybe going wrong with our vehicles is nothing they do there. A plus”

“My car recently blew a tire and needed to get them changed. I ordered my tires and appointment online through Good Year and had it scheduled two days later. While there were some issues with my appointment, it was on Good Year and not this location. They were still able to help me get my tires on and were transparent on everything. If you are ordering online and schedule it online as well, I would suggest following up with your location (a quick call) to make sure you are in the system. This is a problem with the online website so no reason for me to dock stars off of here. They were quick, very friendly, and helpful!”

“After my insurance company erroneously towed my car to a defunct address, and the first shop that received it intended to profit from my ambiguous brake failure without forming a solid conclusion otherwise, I contacted Charlie Lipps', and the owner himself towed it after-hours from northern Kentucky to Delhi. I'm new to Cincinnati and have only dealt with this business on one occasion, but I felt immediately that I had come to a trustworthy place. Charles really listens to your concerns and will tell you as best he can whatever you'd like to know--whether it's about how far along your vehicle is in the diagnostic process, or about the area.”

Justin noticed that when my oil was changed last that my car settings were not changed correctly. Not sure if the dealership did it on purpose or not but now I know what to look for now. “Sam's been our mechanic for years. Anytime anything is wrong with our vehicles, we contact him. He's an awesome dude and knows what he's doing! He doesn't just fix it and send you off, he explains, points out sounds or smells and gives you any info he can. We don't live close, but he's worth the drive. His quality work is worth it. If you were the assistant manager who helped me out (I had 4 bulbs out and asked you way too many questions) on 4/1 around noon, you were great!! Thank you for answering all of my questions with such care and explaining in terms that someone who has NO knowledge of cars could understand!I came in for a regular oil change and ended up needing 4 bulbs changed and he also made me aware of all other things I may need to keep an eye on my car! I could tell many of the other mechanics there were asking him for assistance but he made sure to help me first!”
