“My technician, Xavier, and one other gentlemen were extremely polite and professional throughout the entire experience. They were able to use my discount code that I had, changed the cabin filter and took care of my oil change very quickly. It was a hot day, so I respected them for going so quickly and working hard in the heat, since they have to be out in the elements. I will be coming back, this was my first time at Valvoline.”
“I am a service manager working in the Dayton area. One of my customers called me while travelling in Ciicinnati; she described an unsettling drivability condition that suddenly arose. I advised her to pull over while I located a Jiffy Lube in her proximity. Mark at the Linwood location answered promptly and professionally. He listened patiently as I described my customer's problem. He was quick to offer his assistance and ensured me she would be taken care of. He called me after the customer left his center to explain the safety issue he and his team identified and resolved that could have caused a bigger hazard otherwise. He should be commended for his professionalism, willingness, and superior customer service that he provided without hesitation. Much appreciated!”

“Highly recommend Cobb's Car Care Center. They replaced the clutch on our 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and were excellent from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue and walked us through exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. Clearly very knowledgeable.
When one of the aftermarket clutch parts turned out to be defective (through no fault of theirs), they fixed it fast at no charge and even reimbursed us for the tow to their shop. They kept us informed at every step, and their pricing was significantly lower than the Subaru dealership's service center.
A few days after we got the car back, the owner personally called to make sure everything was running well. That kind of follow-up is rare. We'd absolutely come back for any future car care.”

“Because of the manager at this place - Hutch - I have become a loyal Valvoline Instant Oil Change customer. I was in the area and stopped for an oil change. They did a good job - friendly people, fast service and no upsell pressure - but a minor thing happened during the service. Hutch says, if you want to get it fixed just call me and I will fix it. A few days later I decided I did want it fixed, so I called him. He told me to figure out where I wanted to get it fixed and he would take care of it. And he did! No nonsense, no hassle and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Thanks Hutch!”

“I came in for a routine oil change and was immediately greeted with friendliness and fantastic service. Ultimately, I ended up changing my air filter and adding on new wiper blades because it just made sense. The service was fast and reliable .They answered any and all questions that I had. Donny, the manager was top notch! The entire team, which included Donnie, Dj & Bree (working underneath the car) were efficient, knowledgeable and so very kind.
As a woman with limited car knowledge, Car places can be a bit intimidating. However, I left feeling both comfortable and happy with the service and even the money I spent! It was clear to me, I was met with honesty and not the stereotype of a “pushy” salesman.
I would highly recommend this location of Valvoline! I was even given a bottle of water for free without even asking. Talk about quality service!! Overall, I am super impressed with my experience.”
