Started the tanning season, it's a treat to be able to have a platinum level tanning membership. Lotions are very expensive and cannot be purchased at every visit. I have been tanning longer than these girls have been alive. I don't need a salesperson. I just want to tan. Please

Over priced. Very aggressive with up grades. Most of the young ladies that work there are "uppity " very hard for them to deal with commoners .

Where to begin ? I’ll make it short and sweet they wanted $40 for two sun visits and wanted to tell me how many minutes shed allow me to tan for - based on looking at my skin. Suddenly this 18 year old girl is now qualified to judge how I tan and then charge me to tell me I can only have 12 minutes in a 20 min bed. Took my money elsewhere.

Spoke with customer service in June to cancel memberships for myself and my husband that both billed to my account after discovering they were continuing to bill me despite the location that I had used in Hebron closing. Rather than canceling the memberships when the Hebron location closed they had assumed we would want to switch to the Burlington location which we did not. The phone call went well and on June 25th I was refunding 57.95 x 2 for both of our memberships June bill. Now today, I discover that I have still been being charged for one of us for the past 4 months. Neither of us have used their facilities at all during this time period. I will assume part of the blame because I should have expected them to be lying cheats and watched my account more closely. However, I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt and trust them when I speak to someone who tells me the issue is handled, and after seeing the refund in June I really thought it had been. Looks like I will have to contact their customer service again and see if the scammers can manage to fix the problem this time. If they can't I guess I will have to contact my bank to dispute the charges. They are overpriced to begin with, but there is a huge difference in paying 57.95 a month for something I use vs just giving them it for free after being told the memberships were canceled. I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of Palm Beach Tan!Service: Tanning

I have gone to Palm Beach Tan for many years and have purcbased the Diamond Package at the cost of $99.99 plus tax for a total cost of $110.00 each month and always freeze my account for the rest of the year. I continue to go as it is a convenient location but the service is questionable. Today I experienced a rude, arrogant employee named Kyle who informed me he was the manager which I found quite sad and perhaps is the reason for the questionable service, over a month ago I used a broken machine and ask to use another bed. Today I was told that bed (which is their best bed) was open and again it was without a fan and a facial bulb was out. I left and ask to use another bed and that was when Kyle began an argument with me and informed me other people don't care that it's broken but then told me he had no other complaints and that I should have waited for another bed. I guess I was wrong to assume that the bed had been repaired over a month ago. He told me to wait 5 minutes for him to clean a bed and after 10 minutes I entered the stored and ask if it was ready. If Kyle is the best manager you have no wonder the bad service!

I understand the social distancing protocol but to allow only one person in the lobby at a time is ridiculous. I went to get a package with my wife and we couldn't even go in together for pricing. Im holding the door open trying to have a conversation with the girl at the counter. Very aggravating to try and do something for your wife and to be told we have to come in one at a time. You have people passing each other in the hall after / prior to tanning. If covid is such an issue for the company, perhaps you should close your doors.

I understand following the 6 foot social distancing and mask protocols, but they take it to an unnecessary level making you wait outside on a cold day with only one person allowed inside at a time, instead of just 6 feet away inside. I waited until I got too cold outside, and just left. Won't ever try it here again.

I'm along time customer and tan at least twice a week, I dont want to be hassled with Sales, I just want to tan. Its ridiculous! Hebron location is really missed. Hate the Burlington store. I will buy what I need when needed and usually not at PBT because it's cheaper on Amazon and other places!

Hate that the Hebron location closed, parking much easier at that location, but Burlington is always clean and staff is super kind. Will be an adjustment for busy parking lot, we will see how it goes.

I love this location..however it is the only location I have visited..i didn't believe in going to any tanning facility and had been taking a family member here for over a year and she, my husband, and some other patrons finally talked me into going..it is amazing! The staff is completely outstanding and extremely knowledgeable about all the products and beds..i love the tanning experience there..we go quite a bit..
