Kenny & Dan were extremely knowledgeable, hard working, honest, and a breeze to deal with during the restoration of my wifes old range rover. Im a car guy, I know Range Rovers are terrible to work on, hard to diagnose, and always break down.
We feel 10x better knowing we have an honest and reliable mechanic to service it.
I will rpeface this next statement with everything went absolutely perfect.
Had everything went perfect, I may not be writing this long of a review. The one hiccup we had was figuring out where a slight tick was coming from. I did my own research during the process (having used many mechanics prior) and it was a very uncommon issue, which they were able to resolve quickly. Anyone who drives a range rover knows the repair bills are steep. I know their pricing was less than Land Rover. I know they did exactly what they said they would.
Range Rovers are a nightmare to wrench on. They had all the proper equipment to diagnose and solve the problem, that I feel is extremely rare on this model year.
I heard about them from a friend, and would send my grandmother there without worry, knowing she could trust their diagnosis and pricing.

Ken at SI really made me feel so much better! I had an engine swap in my Jaguar f-type about 3000 miles ago and had such and AWFUL experience with Jag Land Rover Cinci that I refuse to ever walk back into that dealership again, no matter what. I was referred to Ken by a family friend and he did an amazing job looking everything over and double checking the work the dealership did. He also did a little work on my dad's Aston Martin a few months back as well and had no issues with that either. If you have a luxury vehicle I cant speak enough good things about this shop. I literally drive 35 minutes out of my way to come here. Thanks guys for all your hard work, I will be back!

Brought my Audi Q5 here after it being in multiple shops over the course of 6 months everyone one charging me for repairs that did not solve the issues, no one could figure out the issue! Recently went to toyota dealership for oil change. After service was performed, dealership said there was an oil leak which would require a $4800 repair. Requiring the timing cover needing to be resealed.
Anyway, had a second opinion with Superior who quoted $3100 for the same repair. After dropping Tacoma off, was quickly notified that the power steering pump was going bad instead. A dye test revealed a failing pump/leak along with no present issue to timing cover. What a relief! Overall cost was $750. Thanks for fixing my truck and correctly diagnosing issue. Great service and happy with outcome. Will return for future repairs ??

Where to begin the shop owner was prompt ,honest and informative throughout the entire repair process. I used my car warranty and he navigated that process splendidly.
Even though they’re 15-20 minutes outside
of Cincinnati I still highly recommended these repair shop. Superb customer service, very professional staff they even have an after hour drop box. Servicio perfecto.
