Noone ever answers the phone and getting them to call you back is like pulling teeth.

Been trying to get in contact with them all week regarding my W2 as it hasn't came in.. left multiple messages no call backs called a different number they told me I'd be better off coming into office I don't have time to come in the office during the week and weekends your closed send me my w2 through email already
