Got fuel at the fuel dock. Friendly staff member. Straight run into fuel dock from floating barrier.

We were visiting Lake Cumberland for a week. The life jacket that we brought for our granddaughter was too big. I called Burnside Marina to see if they had a smaller one that I could purchase or rent. They very kindly loaned us one for the week, stating that it was important that she be safe. So kind!

Customer service was lacking- employees were not informative/helpful about what we should see on the lake. Anchors aren't provided which made it very difficult to get off the boat and swim.

Beautiful, fun, and adventurous. Their staff made everything smooth and easy. The rental boat was wonderful. The location is AMAZING, beautiful scenery, and the clearest water! We also learned the tunnel we swam in was an old railroad tunnel!! There is flooded out city at the bottom!!!
