Terrible costumer service. They act like picking a UPS package up that are delivered to USPS to be distributed out to my area is crime.

Had to call the Burnside post office This is the worst delivery person we have had in the 13 years I lived her. Don't get a lot of my mail, an some of it was impartment papers, so I had to call the company to let them know I never got them, was told they mail them out 3 weeks ago. Don't get all my magazines or my Kroger's coupons. Karen an Keven were the best. Especially Keven, sometimes when there was a package he would bring it to the back door to make sure it didn't get stolen. Please get some decent help or bring back Keven (which that won't happen) Good help is hard to fine anymore .

Since when do the customers have to respond to mail people blowing the horn for us to retrieve a package. I am expecting another package this week or next, I hope they do their job this time or I will go higher to report.
