Well, I hate giving bad reviews. However, we tried this place twice and things went badly both times. We came through looking for the STIHL pole-saw weed Wacker combo thingamadoohickey, and a cart full of plants. (STIHL). Walked in the store and said hello because the woman at the counter up front said nothing. We stood in the STIHL section for a few minutes looking for the item we were told was in stock the day before on the phone. The manager walked in the STIHL pointed at something that needed to be corrected. Once the problem was fixed, the manager and employee proceeded to turn around and walked off. No one asked if we needed assistance. I'm not exactly sure what the customer service training entails at this ACE, but it's safe to say that folks aren't real helpful which is a shame. At any rate, we drove here because we wanted to support local business. That didn't turn out well. We are very disappointed. I do would not recommend this place of business.
