Ordered pizza from here Thursday night. Pick up time through the app was 6:44 I showed up about 5 min early to buy drinks and pick up the pizza. Walked up to pick up and was immediately handed my pizzas great I timed that just right... started walking out and noticed the boxes weren't even slightly warm. Got to the car and decided to check my food they were barely room temp. I took them back in and the gentleman who was working was so nice and friendly he offered to remake them very quickly for me. The girl who was working the back making the food though had smart remarks and eye rolls to go with my returned pizza. I stood there and waited for our food and she continued to give mean looks my way as she went back and fourth playing on her phone and making pizzas. Overall I can say if it were for the man working I would have asked for a full refund as the woman in the back seemed so rude. Have never had a bad experience here before and order from here quite frequently. But it will be a lot less frequent with this new team they have don't really like their disposition.

Ordered here a little while ago. They never called me to tell me some of the items weren't available and made my pizza without my extras. I called to tell them about it and they seemed very annoyed and told me they wouldn't have the ingredients until a few days from now. They refused a refund or any compromise to make my order right.Skip to now and this time my order took over 30 minutes from the promised time to be ready and it was STILL wrong. And I still got a bunch of ATTITUDE from these workers.The workers here don't care about you and probably not their job either. Everyone here has such a nasty tone. 0 stars. Awful workers and awful place.

Took an hour just to get my food when the place wasn't busy at all, just for half the order to be wrong. The ladies cooking the food had an attitude with me when I told them it was wrong. The other employees were gossiping across the store about their coworkers and managers. Very unwelcoming place, I'd recommend going to Fivestar. They don't have pizza but atleast they're supe nice and have good sandwiches.

TLDR: Job itself is pretty laid back and fun even, but the management and cowowkers here are beyond terrible.Interested in working at Casey's? Great! Except, don't work at the one in Cadiz, KY. Let me explain why...Now, the job itself is enjoyable. You make pizzas all day, fry wings, cook burgers etc. Chop up some onions, ham, green peppers... and prep some other stuff. Night shift cleans the floors, finishes the dishes, and takes out the trash. Boom, that's Casey's. Pretty easy.Why shouldn't you work at this Casey's in particular? Well, if you want to work at a job where your coworkers dislike you for no reason, gossip behind EVERYONE'S back (yes, even the managers), and has favoritism then this is the place for you!While I worked here I experienced angry notes from first shift who, instead of telling me what I did wrong or telling me face-to-face, left these really rude notes without any repercussion. I experienced coworkers who I saw as friends talk so negatively behind my back, and also about their other coworkers. As I mentioned before, there was favoritism. Certain coworkers would get to slack off and constantly be on their phones, some even got to leave the store for HOURS and stay clocked in. I even witnessed one of our new hires get yelled at for making a mistake, it was only her second or third day there, and no nothing happened to the coworker who yelled at her.The toxicity here is amazing, and if you aren't like them you just won't fit in. So, if you're a good worker, and decent human being, and go above and beyond, DON'T WORK HERE.The kicker to all of this is, I put in my two weeks, the last three days before my two weeks ended I got sick. When I checked my status at Casey's it says "Terminated", as if they fired me. Unfortunately for them I have screenshots which say otherwise.So, my conclusion? Either wait like 5 years to work here, or go to a different one nearby. The stuff you have to deal with here is NOT worth it.

Used to be a pretty good store. Now, the employees are the rudest group I have ever encountered. When the assistant manager, (according to her name tag without a name on it), is more concerned about her non-work related conversation with the other cashier, than conversing the customer, that's horrible. Just pointing at the credit card machine instead of telling you the total, or saying thank you, or hello, or NOTHING!! JUST POINTING!! Horrible customer service lately. I'll be going elsewhere now. It's not like Cadiz doesn't have any other gas stations that overcharge for everything. Bye-bye!!!
