They have had my truck for months. He warned me they were backed up but only by a few weeks. I have called and called and called. Most the time I get a busy signal or a message asking for a remote access code. I got through once since I dropped off our truck. The man I spoke with didn't even know my truck was there then told me a guy named Tim would need to call me back. 2 weeks later and still no word from Tim. What do I do to get my vehicle back? Do I have to drive all the way to Cadiz on the chance it's fixed? And if it isn't then what? Call a tow truck? I have been without my vehicle for months and the people there haven't even called me for an update. Well how could they the guy I spoke with didn't even know my truck was there or if it had even been fixed? This is just crazy. Very unhappy with the service, communication, and timeframe of this business.Service: Transmission

Paul and Logan are both great individuals. Their knowledge about transmissions is outstanding but their customer service and support is even greater. They rebuilt my oldest son’s transmission in his truck very quick and for a great price. You can’t beat their prices compared to other shops around. But don’t just base your rebuild on just price. These two will help you with any questions, concerns or adjustments even after the repairs. I highly recommend these two for any transmission rebuild.

I had a flat tire today and happened to pull in their driveway. I was calling for help and this man came out and ask if I needed help, he even had a 15 inch tire and changed it for me. He was very nice and very helpful. He went above and beyond what i was expecting. I'm very thankful. God is good.of all the places to break down it turned out great. Thank you
