if i could do zero stars i would. you cant even get on the phone with a representative. all im trying to do is find out if my package is there because i got a notification saying a package failed to deliver and i cant even check on it

Had two packages from the VA and mail that was marked as delivered but none of my mail or packages were delivered. This has happened several times before. Also received mail that was soaked because they never shut the mailbox. About one of the worst postal service ever.

Very good post office! ALWAYS goes out of their way to help, even if you don’t ask! The clerks are the best!!!
