10/10... would recommend to anyone!! Walked in on a late Saturday afternoon just "to look". The salesman, Shon (aka Chunk), was super friendly and helpful!! He listened to what we wanted and understood when we told him what we liked or didn't like. He wasn't pushy or the typical arrogant car salesman, and never tried to sell us something we didn't want. Debra in the Finance Dept was super sweet and worked to get us the best deal possible! Overall, probably the best experience at a car dealership I've ever had!!

A big THANK YOU to the employees at Wildcat Chevrolet!! We are a special needs family traveling for summer vacation and noticed we kept losing a lot of air in a tire. We pulled off the interstate and found Wildcat Chevy, who didn't hesitate to get our vehicle on a lift to find the problem. They kindly welcomed our family of 5 in, to wait in the air conditioning, and got us back on the road. We appreciate their kindness and willingness to help us without much time lost on our travels. Thank you, Wildcat Chevy!

If this could have been a ZERO STAR I definitely would have! James in the service department is one of the RUDEST people I have ever come in contact with! The way they treat women there is unacceptable(arguing and yelling at the customers and charging to diagnose an issue that they can’t diagnose) ! This place should be shut down! The warranty department has had so many issues with them they even recommended us to go somewhere else! They have no idea what they are doing! The truck had been there THREE times for the same issue and they don’t know what to do to fix it! Also rudely Comparing my job to his! Also talked to the general manager there and he was just as disrespectful taking his technicians side! DO NOT GO HERE AVOID AT ALL COST OR IT WILL DEFINITELY COST YOU!!!! Make the drive to patriot Chevy! For a good small town with really nice people this place makes it ugly?

Took 2-3 weeks to diagnose problem overall took almost 2 months to fix Between dealership and Chevrolet a rental was only offered for 4 days when they finally diagnosed vehicle. I had to buy another vehicle to run my business

This is my 2nd review of Wildcat Chevrolet. This time was for an upgraded truck. The man my wife and I dealt with was Scott Tabb. He is the friendliest - non pressure salesman I have ever dealt with. Even after the sale he has been in contact and very helpful. I will go out of my way to work with him the next time I need a vehicle. Thank you Scot!!
Brandon Robinson was super easy to work with. Upfront and personal. Go see him, you won't be disappointed.

The one star is because Jay was nice and seemed like a good salesman. Not even a hour into having my car the check engine light came on and I needed my transmission fixed. I don't blame them for the time it took to fix. But I asked "Is there anything else that looks bad under the hood?" And they said it was all good. A week later if not even my radiator and ac condenser broke. I didn't take it back cause clearly they missed something and a few days after that I had to replace my entire head gasket and they said the crack in it had clearly been there for a while! I called them and was talking about warranties and the lady told me they should have given me a sheet showing all previous repairs made to my car and I funnily enough wasn't given that sheet nor was it registered with car fax repairs. I was told the car had no issues when I bought it and there was no wayall thought should pop up within under a month with no previous issues. I took it to an actual repair shop who luckily actually showed me everything wrong with the car. Also the finance guy apparently doesn't sign all the parts on the paper that he has to those papers are there for a reason but ok.

Always a great experience at Wildcat! Stacey Craneyhan is the best! I tell him what I’m interested in and he finds it! No hassle, smooth transaction. I will never buy another vehicle from anyone else!
