She just rolled my package out the window and into the ditch broke and destroyed brand new bench grinder I have it on tape and went to talk to them about it and got some lame excuses as usual. Since I reported it and made a fuss about it every single package is smashed or damaged and it's only coincidence a few times this is getting worse and worse like around fifty packages I've made pictures and have some video but my neighbors are not wanting involved with it. I try to pay extra to get Amazon prime or fed ex anyone besides lazy person that says fifty feet to back up is too far and against policy is the exact excuses I got. Sick of mishandling of my mail I wouldn't even take it to the extreme that she does to avoid work. Plain lazy and aunry just a mean nasty person all together I don't care if you know who I am or not your gonna do it anyway so what is it gonna take to get you to be normal and just do the job your paid to do?

I had an issue with a package yesterday not being delivered and not having a slip for missed delivery. The issue was taken care of within 24 hrs. I want to thank post master Dan for taking just a few minutes out of his morning to inform me of what the issue was and getting my package back on track.

If I could pay extra to get my package delivered by ANYONE other than USPS, I one hundred percent WOULD! They are not dependable and they are a complete waste!

Our delivery person is the laziest driver ever. Today we were having toilet paper delivered. She came up the driveway then backed right back down (I’m watching her do this) and then left a peach note in my mailbox letting me know they’re sorry they missed me. I was watching her! She does this all the time. Absolutely ridiculous.

we dont get our mail on time and sometime we never get our mail at all. when we call to find out where it is they put us on hold and then just hang up on us.
