Couple things you could do to improve, 1. you would save water installing dishwashers. You have washers n dryers allowed in 2br, why not allow us a dishwasher.
2. Allowing better food, by allowing outdoor grills, gas,elec, charcoal,healthier to us old folks. 3. You seem large enought to allow us to pay rent via internet, that how we did it in Tennessee. 4 the grassy area between aprts could be a concrete slab with a couple concrete picnic tables, and a couple perminant grills like they have in parks.5 A storm shelter would be nice.
I realize my rent is one of the highest in the 1 br Apts, and I'm struggling myself, of course, we understand this will probably be until we die.
Really don't have complaints, just suggesting a couple things.

Definitely a REFRESHING CHANGE!! Making new and better choices in life and what better way to start than with a new environment owned by Winterwood Incorporated. Their purpose is to help people by offering living spaces from small towns like Salem, KY to bigger cities such as the Louisville area. I am both grateful and excited for my new journey in life, living in the Calvert Place Apartments in Calvert City, KY. I was impressed with the property manager Carolyn Cole, as she was organized and eager to do what was necessary to get my new apartment. Currently live here and all apartments just had major remodelling and modern updating to the housing and grounds. Great new improvements!
