This is my second year filing with Jackson Hewitt in Calvert City and they were as thorough and courteous as always. Lori explained everything in detail and answered the questions I needed help with. The ladies there are pleasant and a super great group to be around from the time you walk in and the time you walk out. I really appreciate everyone there and Lori for going above and beyond!

There was some confusion at first since I dropped my paperwork off in Benton but the Calvert City staff got it all straightened out. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful and my taxes were completed in a timely manner.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. I was nervous about filing my taxes on my own this year because we sold a house and bought a house last year. They made us feel at ease and we walked away confident about our tax return along with tips for a better tax return next year!

Lori was extremely helpful & professional. This was my first visit at JH. I usually have to wait weeks after dropping off - which I never understood due to minimal case. But I don’t trust myself to do them. Lori prepared in less than 2 hrs, maybe less than 1. So - I hope Ms Lori will be recognized for the warm welcome, answers to questions and preparing 2022 income taxes. Finding employees is a challenge in the world we live in now.. finding good ones is close to impossible. Lori is an asset to your business… good luck on keeping her! Thank you. Karen Faughn

Love Jackson Hewitt and their staff! Always make things easy and quick! Never had me issue and been filing with them for 6 years and always had quick turn around time on my money! Amber Green at Benton a Walmart is my go to girl!! If you haven’t used Amber yet, your missing out!

In the past I have had not-so-good experiences when it came to tax preparers. So I always feel a little on edge come tax season. Worried if the person doing my taxes is qualified and whether or not they themselves will try to obtain my identity.Well let tell you I had the best experience ever with the folks at Jackson Hewitt filing my 2021 taxes. Talk about friendly, they made me feel like family! Also miss Marilyn Bowman and her staff were so knowledgeable and patient. When it comes to taxes these ladies are EXPERTS.
