This post is about the Semi trucks section of the fuel station, it was poorly designed. Barely any parking and many semis with trailers park on the exit road making it difficult to exit. Do not go here. I used my Walmart debit card for gas cashier ran it through 2 times each time it took the money out of my account but she told me both times insufficient funds. And here I am a week later and still nothing done about it.

Me and my girlfriend were caught in the recent tornado warning in this area. My car was being pushed around on the road with how bad the storm was. We quickly got off the road and pulled into the speedway to seek shelter because both of our phones were alarming the tornado was near. We ran through the rain to get to the speedway. The door was locked and the employees just stood there and tapped on a sign that said "closed for tornado warning." Me and my girlfriend could have been hurt or killed trying to find somewhere else to drive and seek shelter. They sent us away without a care.

Poor customer service, pulled in to get tractor fuel and walked inside...Both Cashiers other end of counter, I walked up to the Commercial truck line an waited for cashier to get done with 2 customers...when he finished he started playing on his phone an joking with a female customer that wasn't in line...another trucker came in an seen what was going, so I walked down the counter and asked if we could get some diesel and he said yeah down at other end...Which we both look at him an said we been waiting there while you were on your phone, needless to say he was rude so we both walked out an went down the road, they lost least $2000 in fuel sells...

The put a $125 pre authorization hold if you pay at the pump with a debit card. Be careful that can really mess you up depending on how much you got in the bank.

I have been fueling my semi here since it opened and I would give them my business credit card to open the pump. Now they will only allow me to prepay 500 dollars. It takes twice that to fill my semi. It saddens me to have to get my fuel elsewhere after all this time but I'm not walking in and out and waiting in line twice. I usually spend 3000 per week at Speedway. Not anymore.

I’m a truck driver and I was stopped close to the subway side of the lot for my 10 hour break and one of the people working came and pounded on my door and told me I had to move bc I’m to close to the stop sign and causing a traffic delay what the hell kind of delay am I causing at 3 am and I was parked there for 8 hours only had to be there for 2 more hours also I was 150 feet from the stop sign where subway is oh well thanks for ruining my night

6/7/2022, BAD GAS OR SOMETHING.Just filled up there and my brand new car is now on the side of the road. Sputtered and just died.Tried telling the guy working there but he said he doesn’t know how that could happen.Waiting on a call from a manager now.
