I have nothing but good things to say about the Jeter Group. When my police officer fiancé passed away (the father to my kids) they found a place just for us. Any problem we ever had they always resolved. I am very grateful for the opportunity they gave me to find a nice, safe, wonderful home for me & my kids.

My experience with Jeter group. It started I guess because I had the misfortune of being interested in a property 3 days before the end of a month. So I called the provided number and had to leave a message. I received no returned call so after waiting 24+ hours I call back and leave another message. Finally the next week I start communicating with the girl over the rentals, we would talk then all of a sudden she would leave the conversation for hours, so I message another person to finally get a response then randomly hear back from the original girl and at this point they start asking me to put a deposit down and start paying rent. I keep asking if I can at least look at it before handing over 2 thousand dollars. I also had messaged the owner and asked her to clarify some things for me and I never got a response. Finally they allow me to look at it. My husband and I have another place we want to look at as well the next weekend. So I let them know I like it but want to look around some more and I do NOT expect it to be held for me. 4 or 5 days later I received a text and they told me they were raising the rent on me $100 more then the original price because they held it for me when I specifically said that its okay if I check back and it’s already rented. So I screenshot my own message of me saying that and send it to her and her response was that’s just what she was just letting me know. So basically because we viewed the apartment at the end of one month but wasn’t sure if we wanted to move in that fast (also during thanksgiving) they want us to make up for their lost month of rent. All in all our experience was horrible and very stressful not to mention a waste of our time.

We had the best experience working with Jeter Group in our search for our next home. Heather Hamblin could not have been more professional. I believe she was a Godsend and now we have a new friend for life. She understood what we wanted and what we didn’t want and helped us find our perfect for us home.

Update: After talking to the owner and explaining the situation to her, she handled the issue swiftly and professionally and got our refund sent in asap. Thank you Crystal, for making sure this was resolved!
We rented from the Jeter Group for roughly around 2 years. Once we moved out, we received an email stating we would be getting some of our deposit back. Fast forward a month and a half later, I still haven't received my deposit back. I've tried calling and texting the number, like they suggest, to no avail. This is very frustrating, to say the least.

Requested information multiple times on rental they were reluctant to answer, watched price change on every listing. Responded to a Google review significantly faster than a text message or call back unfortunately.

Wonderful people, wonderful staff. We worked with Lisa, and she honest, friendly, and quick to answer any questions day or night. She was super friendly, and made us feel like part of the family!!! We are so Thankful that we worked with Lisa and everyone at the Jeter group on the purchase of our first home!!!!

It took me a long time to properly express this review.I'm now a first-time homeowner thanks to the Jeter groups' efforts. I'm a very stressful and awkward person to work with, but the Jeter team and specifically Mrs Samantha McKay we're nothing short of exemplary and the Pinnacle of professionalism.Despite all of my constant worries messages phone calls last minute changes and just generally not knowing what I was doing Mrs McKay answered my questions calmly and professionally and even met with me in out of the way places to alleviate concerns go over documents and generally do whatever was needed. Mrs McKay was definitely not in this transaction for the money... She cared about me getting a home that was right for me... I saw that on our very first interaction that she has a dedication to honesty and integrity. This is something I, as a veteran, greatly appreciated and felt comfortable working with her.I know Mrs Jeter, and now I know Mrs McKay, and if the Jeter group team is like these two individuals, there's no reason to look any further for assistance with your Realty needs.From me to them... Thank you for your hard work and diligence. there's no way I can repay the amount of hard work and dedication to finding a home right for me.

We had a wonderful experience in buying a home with Jeter Group. Annette spent 6 months trying to find us the perfect house. She was so patient and kind. She showed us several homes and in the end she found us our dream home. I highly recommend the Jeter Group.

We bought our house as a second home and turned it into our permanent forever home. Shiela was wonderful with us making sure we got just what we were looking for. We were living in Michigan at the time and she made it all so easy for us to do even with the distance between us. We are very happy with the work Jetter Group and more specifically Sheila did to help us get our new home.
