“My wife and I purchased a rebuilt titled 2018 Chevy 3500 dually that was rebuilt at their shop.
We were treated like family. Austin’s father is the owner of the Auto Body shop. Austin and his Father were Very patient with our questions and concerns. Price was very good. Very competitive with the market. Worked with our crazy schedules due to us being several hours away. They made it Very easy to work with and worked around our schedule.

“The manager Christopher needs to be recognized. I'm from Lexington and my son and I had our car break down in Campbellsville. We had a bad alternator. Not one parts store had the one for our car. He worked and found us one same day delivery and even made sure we got it under warranty. Then we realized we didn't have the tools we needed or any money to get them. This man bought my son a full ratchet set out of his own pocket and told my son to keep it in the car. That act of kindness helped a terrible day feel not so bad.”
“About three weeks ago, I had to get new brakes and rotors, and they not only made an appointment but finished in a reasonable amount of time. Fast forward to this week, my brakes were squeaking again and without even looking Mr. Bradley knew I needed them replaced due to the parts not being good. He replaced them and repaired a brake line. All good again! Friendly service and very knowledgeable. He even ran my Jeep through the car wash after completing everything this morning. ”

“This location has just about anything you need and the prices beat all other parts stores in my opinion!! Some people wait until it’s raining to realize they need new wiper blades. I’ve seen these employees standing out in the pouring rain to change them for customers. They go out of their way to help you find what you need and if for some reason they don’t have it…they will order it for you!! Great customer service and very helpful!!”
