Prices are significantly higher than the other good wills. Inquired about an item (that didn’t work) I was willing to buy it anyways! But once I said it didn’t work properly she stated it would just have to be thrown out. And she “didn’t have time.” And “they don’t look over if the items work or not anyways.” She also talked poorly about another employee (who was actually excellent and extremely nice) - telling another customer she was “tired of being the only one working/going up front.” She then proceeded to throw out perfectly fine glasswares (we almost bought one!) I assume because she was angry? But taking it out on merchandise is incredibly unprofessional. I have never had someone talk to me that way. So disappointing. Only giving 2 stars and not one because the employee at checkout was so sweet. This was yesterday June 13.

It was good for the most part. An employee was helpful when I was asking about books and needed to check-out. She was very sweet. My friend, however, did not have as good of an experience. She tried to ask a different employee about an AC machine that wasn’t working. My friend was still willing to buy the product, despite the problems. The employee refused to let her buy the item, which was strange but I guess is understandable since it’s broken. However, this employee was very rude towards my friend saying things such as “I don’t have time for this.” She had attitude the whole encounter. Made my friend uncomfortable but we continued shopping. The rest of our time there, the same employee is in one of the aisles shattering multiple glasses. This wasn’t subtle breaking glass. You could hear shattering across the store for around 10-20 minutes. Im not sure if breaking glass is part of their job but it almost seemed anger was being taken out. Everyone has bad days, I understand. But this isn’t really acceptable behavior towards customers…

The cashier tried to charge me 6.99 dress price for a 1.99 night gown and was rude about it when I told her it was sleepwear. The manager did correct her but the whole experience was negative and I won’t be back here. Rude employees, bad customer service, overall bad experience.

Today I went in and purchased 2 root beer mugs one was 1.99 one was 99 cents but the cashier looked at the most expensive glass and charged me 1.99 for BOTH without looking at both prices just assuming they were both 1.99 then asking me if I wanted to round up lol ? how about you round down to the CORRECT PRICE and give me my dollar back. Be careful buying things from this store it's a scam.

Came to this store from south Tennessee, found some good deals.my wife went to the checkout counter and waited for a employee to come and check us out. So alot of employees walking around and playing on their cell phones.some even looked at us and walked the other way.at this point we're done waiting, left the shopping cart with items in it and walked out.not going back.

The people are nice ...but I'm from Ohio..this goodwill charges double the amount...in Ohio I got a zipper hoodie for 2.99.. here it's 5.99....i was a bit shocked at the price difference..I get it's for a great cause..but food for thought?? Lower prices help Kentuckian consumers and also benefit the needs of others..plus u move more merchandise quicker..making room for new donations
