Michael wiser was a big help and very knowledgeable about the products i was looking for even checked me out and packed it to the vehicle for me very good employee! Would recommend for anybody needing help to go see him.

Mike, in the Paint Department!! Wow! I've had pretty good customer service before, sometimes not so great. But Mike hit it out of the field! He knew everything I needed and guided me from the brushes to the paint, filling holes to sanding, and helped me. Understand the processes! He's a keeper!

Waited for over an hour trying to get a cabinet quote. The gentleman just ignored me while he talked to a customer about personal things. I went to Menards and was helped right away. I bought my cabinets there.

I accidentally left my phone at the service desk one day and they locked it up and I got it back. It’s always clean and employees are always helpful.

If I could give them no stars, I would. 2 days after purchasing a hot water heater with a faulty pressure valve and instead of Lowes replacing the part, I have to jump through warranty hoops. So much for customer service.

Really wanted to take the time to write a review for a young lady by the name of Chandler. I needed some more bags of soil that were no longer on the pallet and she was very busy moving quite a few things around but she quickly stopped and went to the front of the store to retrieve me a bag. Then brought me over to the seeds section inside and explained the different types of seeds and seasons. I was so impressed by this young lady. Her work ethic was amazing and I could tell her job was more than a paycheck. I have never been catered to by a box store employee like the time Chandler took with me. I applaud her and the very smart person that hired her. She is a great example of what a Lowes employee should be. So refreshing!! No ear buds! No cell phone! Just a hard worker! 😀
