“I bought my own 1000 gal tank years ago, and Ferrellgas did the installation and first fill.
I've been a customer ever since. I don't use a lot of propane, but I need to keep the tank topped off for my house emergency generator, so when I get down to about 60% I call to arrange a refill.
Service has always been prompt, and the tank is left at 80%.
I'm sorry to see other reviews where they did not get good service. That has not been our experience.”
