They changed their auto pay so now you have to give them access to your checking account. You use to be able to have it on a secured credit card. Not anymore!

I was mislead and have been paying for service in my area which customer care 611 clearly said device is not available in my area. They advised bill won’t change but that isn’t always true. My account has been breached twice or more already so security is poor. They should cancel my accounts free of charge so I can get Verizon who I hear offers reliable internet. I work from home also and my work has been constantly interrupted and all the customer care team wants to do is very little. The team at the store however are helpful. 611 still not answering and for some reason my data use is over 366 and history shows I never use that much data. Now it’s over 963. Fix this!March 24, 2023 spent most of the week fighting for internet. Poor servicesHour waiting this time, no help. March 27, 2023Why can’t I give zero rating?

The person i talked with, Amanda I believe her name was as i have slept since then and brain not as sharp as it use to be, went above and beyond in helping solve the issue that caused me to enter the store. Through her knowledge she was able to provide excellent customer service and a satisfactory outcome to the issue.

Went through two different internet hotspot boxes just for them to tell me that I wasn't covered in my area after they told me I was.Then when I asked for my money back considering I wasn't able to use them since day one, I returned both boxes they told me no that I would not be getting a refund.

In store T-MOBILE manager Amanda is amazing! Very very very helpful....It's calling them and getting the "global tech people" THAT SUCKS... do everything in store... trust me it'll save you at least 6 days and 14hrs of frustration and headaches

Stopped in to cancel our service because we can never get through to "customer care", the lady told us we need to take care of it through customer care. We explained, we can't ever get through. She then proceeded to tell us to dial 611. We knew that already. No help at all. I guess I understand "customer service" a little less now.?

T mobile sucks for most part of Campbellsville and In Greensburg at my parents Mckinney corner I get zero signal inside I have to walk outside to get 1-2 bars signal! Drops signal T mobile is awesome if you don't want it to work!!
