We lost our 4 yr old son on 2/26/24 and we chose Crume's to handle his headstone. When I say they were amazing it's only because of the lack of a better word! They were absolutely the best! They worked with us on exactly what we wanted for our baby boy and listened to everything. We would call every week for updates (driving them crazy probably ?) they never complained and they were never rude or hateful. Today we went to see Greyson's stone since it arrived at Crume's. It was perfect and the lettering wasn't even done yet! Just perfect as it is, we are beyond happy and grateful for their services and would definitely recommend 10/10

Great experience with Crume’s when purchasing monument for my husband’s grave 7 years ago. Tornados in Bowling Green on 12/11/2021 laid my husband’s monument on the ground. I called Mark on Monday, 12/13 to get on schedule to reset. They had the monument back in place Thur by noon. Great service!!

I don’t usually write reviews good or bad. However I feel like I need to share my experience. After my husband of 32 years passed away very sudden from a heart attack I was told about Crume monuments. I made several trips over there and finally decided on a monument and the engraving. The monument placed on my husband‘s grave was the wrong one. The stone placed on my husbands grave was not the one I had picked out. When I tried to explain to them what happened they would not listen they only argued with me and basically called me a liar. Mark and Philip both were very rude and unwilling to admit there was an error on their end and refused to make it right. Philip Crumes sent me a refund for the amount I had paid on the monument only to stop payment once I deposited the check. The only explanation I can come up with is greed. No widow should ever be treated the way these people treated me. Besides grieving for my husband this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to deal with. How A company handles mistakes says a lot about the company and in this case the family since this is a family owned business. BEWARE of this company should you find yourself in the market of purchasing a headstone.

Very friendly and nice people, Matt took so much time helping me with designing a monument. And stayed after close. So glad I went to them from Bowling Green. Prices are better too.
