If i could give no stars I would. Extremely rude and withhold life savings care/supplies if your bill isn't 100% paid, yet they fail to send monthly bills and wait until you are behind several months.

Called to get info about a patients orders, and to see if family could get another transport tank and Kenny was very rude and short, was not helpful at ALL. Definitely would not refer my patients to this company with this customer service.
