I asked for long nails and they cut them so short. Then passed me off to the guy who was doing the actual acrylic and he cut them even shorter due to the other one messing up the shape. I spent $60 and I hate them.

Did an amazing job exactly what I wanted, nice customer service, and also asked if every design looked correct and good. Nice pricing to $75 for these plus a tip.

Had my nails redone with a new set due to another nail salon done poor quality after having them for 2
wks that two popped off!
Very professional and most relaxing salon I’ve ever been into. Very clean inside and staff is very friendly.
Will continue to go back again.

This place used to be very good. Now since the new owners took over this place is a joke and the service is horrible. If I’m going to pay f’65.00 for nails they should look great and what I wanted. And not have polish on my fingers like a 5 year old done my nails. My daughter and I will never be back in there. And I also called the health dept. cause please tell me why they think it’s ok to cut someone, continue on with what they’re doing then proceed to get a paper towel wipe the finger and continue to use the same paper towel for everything they’re doing.

Okay, I ONLY rate businesses if they exceed my expectation or if their service was so poor I feel I need to alert future customers. Here goes. Stopped in here just to get my acrylic nails taken off. This is not my usual salon, but it didn’t look busy so I thought I’d stop in. Left after only a few minutes being there. There was some sort of odor, maybe someone was in the back smoking or they were burning some kind of incense but it was awful. Almost nauseating. I could tell I wasn’t the only person who felt that way. The place seemed dirty and combine that with the sound of someone in the back learning to play the violin 😳, it was not an inviting or relaxing atmosphere.

Me and my cousin went in to get our nails done, I showed them what I wanted and said I wanted this exact length and everything. What I got was my actual nails painted and a sloppy French tip that was 100% rushed. Also, when I spoke up about the LENGTH of the nail he proceeded to wipe the French tip off and make it thicker.. ignored? Or miscommunication? Idk I was pretty clear. My cousins nails were also pretty sloppy. I will say they were super sweet and the place look pretty and nice:) But I will not be going back<3

Extremely rude customer service from a male who was working there on 7/29. A family member of mine went in to get her feet done for the first time in awhile, she is already insecure as is about her feet due to having multiple health issues and the man completely embarrassed her in front of everyone saying out loud that she doesn’t take care of her feet and that she needs to start “trying”. Very judgmental… Do not recommend
