I have my account enrolled in the auto-withdraw feature they offer online. I've never had my gas or water turned off. They do have a $2.50 fee for using a card online, which is not shown in the final bill. Since I've been living in-town here in the past two years, I've only ever received one phone call for a boil water advisory.

5 stars to the front line field workers, great guys do a difficult job. 1/2 star to the supervisors that can't take the time (after calling for 5 days) to return a call.

Cant count the times I’ve paid my bill the day before shut off due to the date and time my check is deposited and they’ve came the next day and shut my water off anyway. I have to call and ask them to turn it back on. Then wait for hours for it to be turned on.
