“We went in looking for a washer. We knew what we wanted and compared prices w/ big stores in the area. McNeals had the same option it was a few bucks more. However they offered free removal of our current washer and we were able to get it delivered almost immediately. The delivery guy hooked our new one up and showed me all the options n features.
