I lost the gem for my wedding ring, so I brought in my worn down wedding ring and a gem left from my deceased mother and asked them to combine it and close the gem in better so I was less likely to lose it as I work with my hands alot and they blew every expatation out of the water it looks fantastic!! My ring looks better then original and has a piece of my mom within it now adding to its sentiment and beauty he didnt even cut it but left it in it original beauty!!
