my doctor can call my medicine in at 10 o'clock in the morning and I have went at 5 o'clock and it's still not be done. Sit there at Kroger waiting 7 o'clock pulls around finally get my medicine. I've come there and they're like sorry you're gonna have to wait until after lunch we're getting ready to take a lunch break. You can't just hand me my medicine before you go nope they're very rude and I do not like the way that they do things.

Post op pain meds called in at 9:00 a.m. At 11:00 a.m. they said 20 minutes. Now it's 12:30 and they're saying come back after lunch! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! And they will most definitely waste your time!

I have never had a good experience with them!! I have been trying to get my meds since 9 am and showed back up for the third time at 4pm for them to tell me to come back tomorrow because they needed verified. Absolutely ridiculous

They lose prescriptions all the time. They close the drive-thru window just because the register isn’t working instead of going to another register. Most of the staff are as RUDE as they can be. It’s ridiculous and if my insurance didn’t require me to go there I wouldn’t. I usually go 36 miles out of my way and go to the Walton Kroger Pharmacy so I don’t have to deal with them.

I had to wait 40 minutes for the pharmacy to take care of 5 customers in front of me. This is the worst pharmacy in the world. Why it takes 8 minutes per transaction.I dont know but this in an absolute joke! I will never come to a kroger pharmacy ever again!
