This place is the nastiest smelling place and the dirtiest place I understand it is old, but it can be swept, mopped and dusted there should be no excuse. and the postmaster is very rude. I went to check why my daughter‘s package was not delivered to her address instead it was delivered to Verona to a PO Box when it clearly said Carrollton. And he’s like well I need the tracking number and I’m like well. You have to hold on because she’s at work and he really like yeah so am I there is no need for people to be so rude. If you do not like your job, you need to find a new one. Because your time is no more precious than the person that is standing in front of you, they have things to do just as you do so if you don’t like your job, get a new one and maybe learn some respect!

The worst service ever. Only local phone # is actually the FAX # so calling doesn't work. Carriers decide at random whether to deliver a package or to fabricate a reason for not delivering but leave no note. Front window clerks rude. Access to main bldg when calls fail or pkgs not delivered is quite difficult for anyone elderly or physically impaired. I'm totally at a loss as to how to deal with these folks. Ugh.

For some reason they will not deliver all of my mail to not even a certified mail I still have to come get it and I don't have a paper from carrier saying it's there. I already know it's there. I find them very careless and irresponsible.

Blonde women in there today 5/8/23 amazing she was so nice when I sent the package to the wrong address she was so helpful older women all gray hair was not as friendly

Only one person in the building to assist customers. The wait is extremely long. The lady tries as hard as she can, I just don't think they give enough training before leaving someone on their own.

Our post office gets mail in the wrong boxes all the time but it's like any other post office good luck.

The one thing I love about this place is Jeanie. She goes above and beyond trying to help you with the mail. She has been working there as long as I remember, she would be a great postmaster. I know I can always depend on her for anything.

Our mail carrier repeatedly LIES and says she delivered packages, but does not. We now call the post office when she lies and they make her bring them to us immediately, but they wont fire her. Pathetic.

Don't pay to have your mail overnighted, waste of money. It won't arrive the next day at the scheduled time. So disappointed.
