I have been on both sides of technical support as a user and a provider. I can tell you that CJ is one of the very best. Highest marks for knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy. I had two issues that needed to be, and were, resolved. The resolution process was rather lengthy, which allowed me to watch CJ interact with other customers. I’m happy to say that each customer received the same professionalism and courtesy. And last but not least, CJ accomplished this while being the only employee present that day.

I went into the verizon store in carrollton kentucky and met with Dennis! He is the most incredible human, extraordinary customer service, award winning smile, extremely knowledgeable, and her helped me out of a very difficult situation, as I am going through a separation. He was there to set up my new account and become independent on my own! Thank you so much Verizon for hiring him at this store, please do whatever it takes to keep him!
