“Tom wasn't in the office when I called with a specific question on an item I couldn't find locally (I'm not in WV). The very kind and professional woman (Sorry, I forgot her name!) offered Tom's personal cell phone# to me so I could contact him directly. Tom was out of state on business, yet he took my call. Tom arranged for me to get the item free of charge with the highest level of friendly customer service you can imagine! He told me to call the office back, give them my information and he'd also pick up the shipping cost! Unheard of these days!!! I was so taken aback with the personal attention and generosity, I had to write a google review so others may know of my experience. I see that some have written bad reviews here, and some have had a similar experience as I do. I read reviews, and I know it's best to look at all of them before making a judgement about the business. “2/28/24 730pm Lovely staff. Greeted when I walked in. I had a lifetime tool return, and they helped me out. I got asked by 3 different people if I needed help while walking around. They have the great deal of the dewalt 12v tools coming with a free starter kit, so i had to take that deal. Tool staff was there and helped me with no problem. I got the last 1/4 dewalt, 12 Volt Ratchet they had. Online said they had none in stock but I guess I got lucky. Thank you all!”
