“Takes a couple minutes to get to this Sam's from off the highway, but it's easy to get into. I love that Sam's is always cheaper for gas! If you need food as well, there's a Wendy's in the parking lot beside it. On the way in from the interstate there's a McDonald's, KFC, and Long John Silvers I believe.”

Recently my wife was sick and when she called in the lady that answered the phone said honey you sound awful. You don’t need to be out. Let us deliver your medicine to you. We didn’t realize that was something they provided their customers until then and that really meant a lot.”

These people are so kinds and genuine. They’ve never not had a medication i didn't need. & I’ll be damn, if they do not have it They’ll do all they can to make sure you’re taken care of before you walk out of the door. ?”
“This is pharmacy is one of the best in the Tri-State area, it may be a smaller pharmacy compared to the more well known ones, yet their big in heart n compassion. Treat you like family! They know you immediately! From the pharmacy techs to the pharmacist, they will take the time to greet you and answer any concerns or questions. It's why we choose them!?”
“I love shopping at Sam’s. I don’t remember a bad experience. However, there was good reviews online for the optical department. But that was not the case. My husband and I are senior citizens. I was told the cash price for a visit was $100. Fortunately, I had Humana vision insurance. So, after the visit the optometrist took a copy of my insurance card and charged me and my husband $75 for a visit. I was told I would get a refund after the insurance paid. The insurance paid $101 and I paid $75. So as a senior citizen I paid $75 more than if I would have paid cash. Nick Webers webpage stated he took what Medicare paid. Not true. He took advantage of senior citizens. What kind of person does that. I will never use Sam’s optical services again.”

They've been wonderful. Super friendly and they deliver when I can't get out to pick them up. Love this place.”

They let me know that my sensors needed to be replaced—something the Lexington Sam’s Club apparently does not offer. I truly appreciated their customer service. The team also informed me about a cross-threaded lug nut and chose not to work on it to avoid damaging the stud, which I greatly respect. Excellent crew overall. I will definitely be back! Also marked the bad lugnut for me, so i can fix the stud myself.”

Ms. Jenkins took time to explain my medications and is willing to contacts my PCP for refills. I feel Ms. Jenkins is vested in my health & wellness. “Took my mom in today to have an eye exam with Dr. Webber. Wish i could give 10 stars, he went above and beyond in helping my mom find out what was wrong with her eyes. He has been the only doctor to help her. Took his time and was very kind and considerate. I will keep taking her back yearly as long as he is there. Thanks Doctor Webber.”
“I was with truth pharmacy for years. Unfortunately they closed. I was weary about moving to a new pharmacy. I moved to coal grove pharmacy and , no exaggeration. Coal grove is actually quicker, easier to consult with and Very nice afa the staff. Made my transition 100 times easier then I could have imagined. Trust me I've been on medication my entire life. If you're looking for a convenient and quick pharmacy that knows their stuff. Coal groves got your back.”

“I drove down to the Ashland area from Cincinnati & was looking for gas, so naturally, I stopped at Kroger. While inside, I joked to myself that I was visiting from the home office, since Kroger is based in Cincinnati. (They can't all be winners, folks.)Anyway, I wasn't looking for anything in particular, as I was still a couple hours from home, but I grabbed a Dr. Pepper for the drive. I used the self checkout, so I didn't really interact with anyone, but I was in & out pretty quickly.”
