I was given a dirty and stinky room because I have a dog, 18 lbs, even thought the Ramada’s a pet friendly hotel. The Room and hallways were dirty and the smell of cigarette smoke all over. Broken and scratched furnitures. The room carpet is very old, stinks, smell bad and dirty. I checked the bed for bedbugs and good I didn’t find any. Even though I complained, the staff were unwilling to change booked my room.

It’s quiet, clean, and comfortable. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about local area. Breakfast selection is good.

Very creepy. Heard knocking and rattling on the door. We had to search up hotel life hacks because we felt unsafe. Phone rang two Times and no one on the line.

Love this hotel. Very friendly, clean rooms, quiet atmosphere. Pool feels amazing. And the hot tub is HOT!! Exactly what you want from a hot tub.

The hotel reeked of weed and cigarette smoke. One star is to many stars. I couldn't even get into my room with my key card it was reset 3 times then I was given a new room. The check in took over 20 minutes. The room had stuff hanging from the ceiling. The ceiling had all kinds of brown spots on it. The whole stay was gross 🤢 I will never come back to this place. And I will never tell anyone I know to come here. I broke out in a rash from the nasty sheets. I can't wait till this is over so I never have to come back to this discussing place. I will never come back. Dead bugs on the bathroom floor. Do not stay at this place no matter what the cost it's not worth your health to stay here. If I could sleep standing up not touching anything that would even be gross.

Me and my family stayed here because our holler was flooded and we lost power. We have two babies under 15 months old and needed somewhere to stay while the water resided and power was restored. The staff was friendly and quick to resolve the couple of problems we had when we first got there.

Horrible Hotel, Room was Dirty, Breakfast was cold and like rubber, smells like you are sleeping in the refinery, than they slapped me with a cleaning charge because I complained, stay anywhere else

Very unhappy with the stay here! The amount of cigarette smell is enough to ask for a refund . Beds are made of concrete. Pool was broke as well . Will Not be returning at all .
