Today I purchased my normal Hyde N Bar as I always do and I opened it to hit it, had no flavor, it wasn’t really hitting. I called them and let them know about it. They let me get a different one. Every once in awhile you’ll come across a Hyde that isn’t great and it’s not their fault, I truly appreciate the customer service the employees at Strictly Tobacco gave me today.
