Great breakfast with the family! Wanted to eat somewhere we could all agree upon. It was unanimous for Cracker Barrel. Was it the biscuit and gravy or the pork sausage? Maybe the pancakes, either way we all got what we wanted. Thank you for the hardworking folks that ensure a great meal is served up each and every day.

I went here three different times while visiting the area and my experience was good every time. Good consistent food and excellent service.

I have fond memories of going to cracker barrel as a kid... Now, 20+ years later, it's the exact same place... But I really disliked it. Food was very bland, not a fan of the overall atmosphere, and the service was ok. Or specific server was nice and everything... The overly fake southern accent was a bit much.

Well, I was sick. But the waitress, who apparently just started was so sweet, kind and attentive. There are angels that walk among us.

Cave City Kentucky Cracker Barrel store 8:30 am Sunday morning 3/17/2. Host: Cosmo. We're 2 senior citizens hoping to enjoy Mamma's pancakes but no..... Cosmo, the host, marches through 2 main dining rooms that have multiple available empty table right back to the 3rd dining room. The only other customers in this room are leaving. The room is dark. It's cold. And... we don't even get a window seat. What flagged us as needing to be exiled in this forsaken room? Sayd, the server, eventually moseys over. He takes our order and disappears. We wait. And wait. Food comes and it's cold. The famous sawmill gravy? Congealed! Eggs? Cold. Toast? Cold. Pancakes? Cold! No floor manager stopped by. When the cashier asked about our experienceI let her know our disappointment. Her eyes glazed over. As we were leaving yet another family of 5 is assigned to the exile room. Why?

It's a cracker barrel with the consitintly good food you expect. The service was a little slow and we had to remind the server a couple of times about things we asked for (water and creamer) that he forgot. Still for a chain restaurant there constant time after time with good

Waited almost an hour and a half for a table. The waitress was extremely unpleasant and at times even rude. We didn’t get our biscuits until we got our food. We were out of drinks frequently. Had to ask twice for napkins.. at which when she finally brought them she pretty much threw them at us! Will not ever go back to this location. We will drive the extra miles to Bowling Green or Elizabethtown. I was extremely disappointed.

It's ok ' just like all the other bussiness ' just seems like the quality of the food and amount is not what it used to
