“We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn in Cave City. The room was immaculately clean and the beds were comfortable. You are also located just minutes away from the entrance of Mammoth Cave National Park. Mark at the front desk supplied exceptional customer service as we were checking in even though it was extremely busy, on a summer weekend evening. I would recommend ensuring there is adequate staffing at the front desk to assist the existing excellent staff members that we encountered during our stay.”
“This was a fantastic motel for visiting Mammoth caves. It is right off the highway in a little loop with several other hotels, restaurants, and gas stations. The location could not be better. The service was friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean, recently updated, and well furnished. The beds in particular were very comfortable. The water pressure for showers was out of this world and it got hot almost instantly. I was there with three little kids and they loved the room too.
Breakfast was above and beyond for a motel. Hot sausage, eggs, and biscuits, plus waffles, bagels and toast, yogurt, fruit, donuts, cereal, juice, and a nice coffee machine with decaf and brew strength options. They even had organic green tea! I was quite impressed both with the meal and the dining area.
Overall this was a great stay at any price, but an exceptionally terrific stay for the price. I'd highly recommend this for visiting the area.”

“The service was hit and miss. Some of the employees were great! Some were not. The breakfast was good but the coffee not. The pool was very clean and big! I will stay here the next time I’m there. (Picture of harvest moon out of the the hotel window).”
“This was our first time at Jellystone and it's been a blast for me and my boys. Their favorite part is the go-karts. The service is good, I asked for garbage bags and got it and maintance came out to help us with the wasps; however they came back again.
The cabin is very nice. There may need some TLC to it by fixing the screening which was why the wasps kept coming it. I'm glad there were a few kitchen things here and pillows. We did bring our own stuff. I do wish they had charcoal and wood at their convenience store. Unfortunately we never spent a night at the campfire because we didn't bring this. Also, I was able to take my boys to a couple of activities, but I noticed each activity started every hour which made it very challenging to go to most of them. If I can make a suggestion, perhaps mix up the times. Also all the activities are not more than 15 minutes which is nice, although I did wish some of the activities were a little bit longer.
I would definitely come back here again and I have learned what to bring the next time. Also I would recommend getting a golf cart. I didn't sign up at first but quickly realized we needed one!!”

“Actually staying a few days here now, we are in a great room they have remodeled very modern tile floor in bedroom and bathroom freshly painted I've been here four days still new paint smell, I don't have any complaints but if I had to have a opinion the only thing would be is , if renters are in bad situations and if it's taking them past 11a which is checkout, if that person is showing they are making a effort to get the payment to the office, just for them to be just a little understanding of it takes a couple hours past 11a to bring the payment in, now don't get me wrong if not staying again, then yes I don't blame them checkout is at 11a so be out, but for some like us if we are planning to stay another night and having a little bit of a hard time and may be past 11a, if they could be okay with that that would be perfect, other than that this place is great and they are working hard to remodel rooms this room is great”
“Very fun, unique way to spend an evening. The check'in is engaging, felt well cared for as a patron, very clean rooms and baths, comfy beds, love the nod to bringing it back to Wigwam Village glory.”
