AutoZone in Central City, KY is a leading retailer of auto parts, new and remanufactured hard parts, maintenance items and car accessories. The staff at this location is always professional, courteous and prompt. Employees are described as great, amazing and very knowledgeable, and they often go over and beyond to help. When a driver broke down with a heater hose crack in the middle of nowhere, employees called, ran to Walmart, picked up more coolant and delivered the hose size and great help. A stranded band with a blown serpentine belt got a new tensioner and parts delivered to the broken down location, saved the band. They recommend asking for great help and they will choose AutoZone a lot more.
My van had a code, flashing, before I entered Auto Zone. Clerk graciously used the diagnostic tool to check my van. True to form it didn’t show a code. Clerk was gracious and scanned, anyway! She was very professional and glad to help!
