“Do not and I repeat do not come here if your having issues with your prepaid service being activated. They will not help you they will turn you away at the door despite telling you come all the way down and they will troubleshoot with you. They will not look for solutions they do not care they only care about the commission. Customer service is not great nor do they care try help you with your problem. They are only there to sell you the post pay/ contract service. Remember that and you will have a great day with Cricket.”
