I would not recommend going to this place because I called last week to get an appointment and they had a stylist text me and she said her next available appointments is Tuesday and Wednesday so I replied back with Tuesday would work for me. She never got back to me about a time so I called up there the day the appointment was supposed to be and they told me that I would have to get in contact with her to reschedule. I’m not going to keep calling them and trying to reach the same stylist because nothing will ever get done. So if I could give this place 0 stars I would because they aren’t worth the hassle and run around of trying to make an appointment.

The service & atmosphere is so welcoming. I really enjoy chatting with the girls while getting my hair or lashes done too. I always leave smiling because they all do such a great job! Natalie and Kara have both either cut or colored my hair and they always make my hair look even better than I can imagine! Thalia does my lashes and they are always on point! All of the people who work there are so friendly and helpful. They don't only do your hair, nails, etc., they are also your friends. I love the products they use and sell. It's a great environment to be in.

Jessica Hampton did an amazing job on my natural hair. I love my hair color!! The friendly atmosphere at Element Salon & Spa was well worth the 45 minute drive.
