“UPDATE: three years or so after my purchase, truck broke down, the extended warranty company is trying to exclude some repairs, I called Wildcat to see if i can add powertrain coverage, they said i should already have it and if the repair was being refused by the warranty company, Wildcat will pay for the repair and get compensated by the warranty company. THIS is great service after the sale and would come back to purchase future trucks. THANK YOU.
Was on the road from Florida back to Kansas, been looking for a new/newer truck. They had one. Such a great group of people from sale people to service dept. Had issues transferring 5th wheel tow hitch, Mike (manager) went out of his way and i bought his so i can get back on my way home, was a 5 hour delay for the whole purchase and ironing out the problems, but it was a pleasure.
